You can be surrounded all day and still feel by yourself. Everyone under one roof, everyone needing something and somehow you still feel lonely in a way that’s hard to explain to anyone who isn’t living it.
I know that feeling because I’m in it, too.
The Grace Circle for Moms is a small, private, paid community for Christian moms who want somewhere honest to land. Not another thing to keep up with. Not a study you fall behind on. Just a handful of us walking through the same season, actually knowing each other.

The lie we all seem to believe
Somewhere along the way most of us picked up the idea that everyone else has a best friend on speed dial. The one who texts back in 10 seconds, shows up with coffee, always knows what’s going on. We assume everyone has her, except us.
It mostly isn’t true. Most moms I know are quietly lonely and assuming they’re the only one. The always-available bestie is the exception, not the rule, and believing otherwise just makes it sting more.
Here’s the part nobody tells you: a real support system in this season doesn’t usually just happen. You have to build it on purpose. Friendship takes an intention now that it never needed at 20.
That’s what The Grace Circle is. It’s not a magic best friend who erases the loneliness, but it’s a place where you decide to stop doing this alone, alongside a few other women choosing the same thing.
What makes this different from the free group
I want to be straight with you, because you might already be in Christian Moms with Grace, and I love that group.
The free group is genuinely good. It has nearly 4,300 moms, real encouragement and a free reading plan every month. That group and I aren’t going anywhere.
But here’s what I can’t do there: I can’t know you.
In a group that size, I’m writing to everyone. In the Grace Circle, I’m writing to you. I know your name. I know what you told me you were carrying last week. When you go quiet, I notice. When you ask for prayer, I pray for the specific thing, not a general blessing over a long list.
That’s the whole difference, and it’s not something a bigger group can offer no matter how good the content is.
The Grace Circle is small on purpose. It has to be.

What you get
A small, private group where people know your name. It lives inside a private Facebook group for members only. Honest conversation, prayer requests, real life. No self-promotion, no judgment, no performance.
A monthly Zoom gathering. About 35 minutes, once a month. Cameras optional. We talk about how it’s actually going and pray for each other out loud, by name. This is the heart of it.
Video teaching you won’t find anywhere else. Short videos walking through Scripture a section at a time, plus deeper teaching during study months. Nothing longer than about 10 minutes.
The deeper version of each month’s Bible reading plan for moms. Reflection questions, simple and doable challenges, and the resources to keep. Not more homework. More room to actually sit with it.

A note from me
I’m Stacey A. Shannon, and I run Families with Grace. I’m a mom of two, a long-time Christian and am still very much figuring this out.
I’m not a pastor or a theologian. What I share comes from my own Bible study, my own life and a real desire to encourage other moms honestly instead of pretending I have it handled.
I started The Grace Circle because I wanted it to exist for me, too. Motherhood got lonely, my faith kept sliding down the list and I needed a few people who’d get it. So I built the room I was looking for, and I’d love for you to be in it.
We can talk about the real moments of motherhood like pulling towels out of the dryer for days instead of folding them without judgment. And we can talk about how some seasons are nearly impossible for daily Bible reading without condemnation.
Founding members
The Grace Circle founding members lock in $15 a month for as long as they stay, even when the price goes up. After October 4, the price for new members goes to $20 a month.
The cap isn’t a marketing trick. It’s the actual limit of how many women I can genuinely know, remember and pray for by name. When it’s full, it’s full.

Questions moms ask
Is this a lot to keep up with? No, and that’s the point. There’s no schedule you fall behind on and no assignments. Come when you can, skip when you can’t.
What if I’m not good at Bible study? Then you’ll fit right in. This isn’t a class and there’s no test. Most of us are just trying to stay connected to God in the middle of a loud house.
What if I don’t want to talk? Reading and quietly being here counts. You never have to post to belong.
Is $15 worth it? Only you can answer that. What I can tell you is that this is small on purpose, and the reason it costs anything is the part I can’t scale: actually knowing you.
Can I cancel? Any time, no awkward conversation required. If it’s not the right season, that’s a completely fine answer.
What if I join and it’s not for me? Tell me and I’ll refund you the first month. I’d rather you be somewhere that fits than stay somewhere that doesn’t.
